Once the printer has taken the 3D model into account, the operator will essentially click 'go' and the printer will start. Layers of material will be laid down on top of each other until the final product is complete. Sometimes, the model will need after touching to make it ready. This will also be done by the operator. Some of these processes include dusting off powder, infiltrating the model with certain liquids, and removing support material. In a nut shell, that is how 3D printing works.
