Tolerances

Our general tolerances for CNC machining of metals is DIN-2768-1-fine and for plastics is DIN-2768-1-medium. We will confirm with you for any specific project if you need.

Materials

We can use many kinds of casting polymers to copy different kind of conceivable hardness and surface texture. We can also reach the effect of fully opaque, translucent or completely transparent if you need . See more information on available materials.

Tolerances

The tolerance of vacuum cast parts are vary . It dependent on the original pattern, the part size and the material we used. Usually the shrinkage rate is 0.15% .

3D Printing (SLA,SLS)

Sometimes we use 3D printing to produce complicated shape of parts that can’t be produced by traditional machining or other method.

SLA

SLA refers to Stereolithography and this is a resin-based 3D printing technique. The printing takes place with the help of Ultraviolet light which influences the liquid resin and cures it into a solid layer as desired.

SLS

SLS refers to Selective Laser Sintering and this is a 3D printing technique which uses powdered printing materials to create the 3D objects instead of resins. Similar to SLA, this process too uses a laser to facilitate the 3D printing process.
