In-House Incoming Material Inspection Equipment
Our company have in-house advanced inspection measuring and testing equipment check all incoming raw materials. We carry out testing for all material and offer Positive Material Identification (PMI) for each piece of material that come into our production line. You should be full confidence that you will received the parts as or above what you expect.
FTIR Infrared Spectrometer
This is the machine that we sue to check all the incoming raw material before production. This is to ensure the material accuracy . Just remind you that not all manufacturer will do this for you .
There is so many kinds of plastic material we use in our production everyday. To ensure the quality and material accuracy, we use the polymax gun to proceed the test of identify the material.
Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)
Optical Emission Spectroscopy, or OES, is a well trusted and widely used analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of a broad range of metals.
The type of samples which can be tested using OES include samples from the melt in primary and secondary metal production, and in the metals processing industries, tubes, bolts, rods, wires, plates and many more.

Coordinate Measuring Machine
Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is a device that measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe. Various types of probes are used in CMMs, including mechanical, optical, laser, and white light. Depending on the machine, the probe position may be manually controlled by an operator or it may be computer controlled. CMMs typically specify a probe's position in terms of its displacement from a reference position in a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system (i.e., with XYZ axes). In addition to moving the probe along the X, Y, and Z axes, many machines also allow the probe angle to be controlled to allow measurement of surfaces that would otherwise be unreachable.
