Vacuum Casting is a kind of manufacturing method based on prototype. It works like this : according to the original sample, to make the silicone mold under vacuum ,and pouring PU material into the mold so as to clone the same copy with the original sample.

Minimum wall thickness

To ensure that the mold is filled properly, a wall thickness of at least
